With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Stout (Westminster, Maryland), born in Randallstown, Maryland, who passed away on March 21, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lando Henry Sanders and Lillian Gertrude Sanders; her spouse Edward Albert Stout; and her sibling Robert "Joe" Sanders of Westminster. She is survived by: her sibling Delores Mullineaux of Eldersburg; and her grandchildren, Victoria (Chris Thiell), Mary Stout, Kayla Stout and Spencer Stout.
