He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Warner and Anna Warner; his wife Betty Lee Warner; and his sister Shirley Shipley. He is survived by: his children, Susan C. Warner, Richard B. Warner, Jr. (Donna), Diane G. Hobson (Andrew) and Jeanne M. Orndorff (Victor); his grandchildren, Angela Warner, Kaitlyn Warner, Leigh Hobson, Katy Hobson, Annie Hobson, Anne Marie Cook and Paul Orndorff; and his great grandchildren, Jackson and Noah. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
