Richard Shamer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Richard Shamer of Westminster, Maryland, born in Patapsco, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsworth LeRoy and Lyda Anne Shamer (Flater); and his brother Elsworth "Buck" Shamer, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Kay Shamer (Kegerreis); his sons, John R. Shamer (Glenda) of Hanover, PA, Kent L. Shamer of Westminster and Mark A. Shamer (Rachel); and his grandchildren, Justin Carhart (Chelsea) of Hanover, PA, Rebecca, Amelia and Elizabeth Shamer of Green River, WY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
