He is survived by: his parents, Richard Harold, Sr. and Patricia A. Brown (Crowl) of South Hill, VA.; his children, Jared R. Brown of Hanover, PA. and Jaimie K. Brown of Littlestown, PA; his grandchildren, Owen M. Rothhaar and Greyson R. Brown; his siblings, Vincent D. Brown of Upperco, Denise Clark (Edgar) of Westminster and Duane D. Brown (Jessica) of Edgemere; his nieces and nephews, Ryder, Dylan, Phoenix, Sara, Chris and Adam; and his aunts, Beverly Duane of South Carolina and Doris Kibler (Ervan) of Westminster. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
