With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard E Frounfelter of Westminster, Maryland, born in Taneytown, Maryland, who passed away on October 26, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Henry Frounfelter and Pauline Mary Crumpacker Frounfelter; and his sister Dolores Ruppert. He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Frounfelter; his stepson Joseph Fowler (Danielle) of Mt Airy; his siblings, Jane Uhler of Fayetteville, PA and Claude Bowers of Littlestown, PA; and his grandchildren, Malayna Jo Fowler and Alix Weyforth Travis Weyforth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
