With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Frame of Westminster, Maryland, born in Takoma Park, Maryland, who passed away on January 20, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Frame and Rosalie J. Zepp Frame; and his son Matthew S. Frame. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann Bischof Frame; his children, Kimberly A. Pisula (Matthew) of Hanover, PA, Timothy R. Frame (Nicole) of Westminster, MD and Catherine M. Warnock (Brandon) of Seattle, WA; his sisters, Robin Munch of Hanover, PA and Renee Frame of Gettysburg, PA; and his granddaughter Peyton E. Warnock. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to the Carroll Hospital Foundation, 200 Memorial Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157, c/o Critical Care Unit.
