It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard F. Miskell (Westminster, Maryland), who passed away on February 16, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann. He is survived by: his children, Richard Linwood, Ronald Duane and Amelia Genevieve; and his close friend Helen Michael. He is also survived by 2 sisters, 1 brother, 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
