He was predeceased by: his father George Elvin Kuykendall. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Joyce Kuykendall; his siblings, Julie Schilling (Roger) of Westminster and Chuck E. Kuykendall (Terri) of Harford County; his nieces, Marissa Hancock, Caitlin Woolmer and Megan Kuykendall; his nephew Kevin Schilling; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kes, Scarlett, Orion Hancock, Emmett, Wyatt Schilling, Kendall and Liam Woolmer.
