He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Doris Glass and Donald Higgins; his children, Richard Steven Angell, II, Kristina Ann Paulsen (Brian) and Timothy David Angell; his stepdaughter Tanya Kokoszka (Kevin); his grandchildren, Danielle, Brandon Paulsen, Gabriel and Owen Kokoszka; his siblings, Linda Kline, Ronald Glass and Dale Glass; and his former wife Patricia Angell. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
