He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Jasper Collier and Charles Collier of Ellicott City, MD; and his siblings, Tommy Jasper, Al Jasper, Bill Jasper, Hazel Geiman, Ann Senterfitt, Georgie Collier and Jenny Hampton.
He is survived by: his friend Mike Carter; his brother Joe Collier; his wife Gloria; his children, Robert Jasper of Port St, Frank Jasper of Port St, Spring Haley-Yox of Littlestown, PA, Amy Bay of Union Bridge, MD and Hope Jasper of State College, PA.; his grandchildren, Wyatt Haley, Travis Drake, Brianna Hunt, Shane Haley, Shelby Bay, Kayla Jasper, Adam Jasper, Christopher Bay, Blakely DeWetering and Malcolm Liu; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Haley, Jaxon Drake, Gunner Barnett and Henslie Hunt.
