With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Owings (Westminster, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on December 22, 2019 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rebecca Owings to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Stephan (Williams) and Paul Stephan; her husband Wayne B. "Butch" Owings; and her brothers, Paul and Edward Stephan.

She is survived by: her son Steve; her daughter-in-law Pam Owings; her daughter Terri of Westminster; her son-in-law John Jerome of Westminster; her grandchildren, Alissa Owings and Alexandra Jerome; her sister Joyce; her brother-in-law Robert Harrington of Westminster; and her brother Billy Stephan of Westminster. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
