He was predeceased by: his parents, Carie Bankert Wagner and George Wagner; his wife Patricia Ann Wagner; and his brothers, Vernon and Glenn Wagner.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Ann Wagner (Dennis) of Westminster, Sandy Lee Leffert of Florida and Raymond H. Wagner, Jr. (Kimberly) of Westminster; his sisters, Louise Dutterer, Emma Layton and Ella Manner; his grandchildren, Heather Stewardson, Holly Wagner-Ruckman, Jarod Ruckman, Jessica Hall, Lyndsay Wendt, Jacquelyn Simons and Chase Wagner; and his great grandchildren, Lillian, Nikko, Eric IV, Evan and Phoebe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
