He is survived by: his parent Patricia Ann Chaffman; his children, Shelby Chaffman, Brian McGee, Matthew McGee and Kim Smith; his brothers, Gilbert Chaffman (Linda) and William Chaffman (Jeanine); his nephews, Brett Chaffman and Gilbert Chaffman, Jr.; his niece Linda Lee Chaffman; and also, Taylor Chaffman, Candace Chaffman and Jennifer Barlow.
