He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Maurice Barnhart, Sr. and Dollie Elizabeth Porter Barnhart; his brother Roland Barnhart, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Conaway and Jackie Wachter (Keegan).
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Bair Barnhart; his daughters, Tonya Lotts (David) of Front Royal, VA. and Amanda Barnhart (Tim Cooke) of Westminster; his sister Judy Conaway of Woodbine; his sister-in-law Cindy Barnhart of Spring Grove, PA; his aunts, Erma Jane Gartrell and Tressa Barnhart; his nieces and nephews, Ronnie, Becky, Patty, Mike and Samantha; and his brothers-in-law, Terry Bair of Taneytown and Wayne Wachter of Keymar.
