He is survived by: his son Preston L. Bowers, Jr. (Kimberly) of Westminster; his siblings, Ruth J. "Tiny" Edwards of Westminster, John H. "Mickey" Bowers of San Antonio, TX, Mary Jane "Bonnie" Long of Manassas, VA, Carroll T. "Skeeter" Bowers of Hanover, PA, Gene L. "Skip" Bowers of Westminster, Linda Nelson of Union Bridge and Robert K. "Speedy" Bowers (Laura) of New Windsor; and his grandchildren, Colby Smith, Tristan Bowers and Wyatt Bowers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
