He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Thomas and Eileen Alice Mangan (Atkins). He is survived by: his wife Tammy May Mangan (Matthews); his children, Matthew Mangan and Alyce Mangan of Sydney, Australia; his stepchildren, Carrie Weant of Westminster, MD and Tyler Weant (Melissa) of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Caden Zepf, Jaxon Zepf and Camden Weant; his siblings, Peter Mangan (Vicki) of Minto, Michael Mangan of Sydney, Greg Mangan (Carol) of Coffs Harbour, Australia and Robyn Mcllavr of Minto, Australia; his brothers-in-law, Tony Matthews and David Laughman of Taneytown; and also, Betty and Edward Matthews of Taneytown, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting contributions to the Grace UCC Audio Visual Fund.
