He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Noel and Ruth Stiltner Noel of Avon Park; his spouse Catherine Noel (Wurm); his children, Gary Noel of Maryland and Terra Cashen (Jason) of Westminster; and his brother Clifton Noel (Susan) of Marinette, Wisconsin. He was also cherished by two grandchildren; one niece; and two nephews.
