She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Grady and Emily Mae Caple (Hill); and her siblings, Grady Caple, Phyllis Bowersox and Ray Caple.
She is survived by: her husband David Frank Burkholder; her daughter Laurie Balzarini (John) of New London, PA; her grandchildren, Stephanie Kepplinger (Keith), Jamie Kearns and Michael Kearns; her great grandchildren, Reagan, Landon and Madalyn; and her brother Wayne Caple of Oakland.
Memorial contributions may be made in Pat's name in honor of her granddaughter, Jamie Kearns.
