She is survived by: her sons, David DeRita, Nicholas DeRita, Jr. of Westminster and Jerry DeRita (Barbara) of Hanover, PA; her grandchildren, Amanda, Sara, Nicholas III, Ronald, Renee, Nichole, Daisah, Jerry, Jr., Justin and Brandon; and her siblings, Shirley Cole of Thurmont, Betty Rowe of Thurmont, Mae Hausler (Wayne) of Falling Waters, W. Va, Nancy Flohr, Henry Rowe (Betty) and Robert Rowe (Glenda) of Frederick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
