Norman Joseph Osten Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Joseph Osten of Westminster, Maryland, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 11, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian M. Osten (Ludwig); his parents, Joseph Osten and Helen Osten (Rhodes); and his sisters, Gladys Talley and Elaine Desiderio.
He is survived by: his children, Lillian Swartzbaugh (Paul) of Westminster, MD, Joseph Prajzner, Sr. (Sharon) of Westminster, MD, Diane Pepsin (John, Jr.) of Hanover, PA and Maria Champ (Paul Ritter); and his grandchildren, Lillian Clendaniel, James Swartzbaugh, Andrea Henderson, Joseph Prajzner Jr., Justin Prajzner and Christen Swartzbaugh. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and many loving extended family members and friends.
