She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Walter Keefer and Ora Keefer (Snyder); her husband John Harvey Smith; her daughter Linda Guth; her brother Orville E. Keefer; and her sister-in-law Irma Keefer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lois McGinnis (Dave) of Westminster and Karen Sollott (Kenny Seitz, Jr.) of Westminster; her grandchildren, Ryan Guth (Erica), Lindsay Maguire (Matt), Kelli Renfro (Bryant), Sara Sollott and Kevin McGinnis; and her son-in-law Howard Guth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
