She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Downs, Sr. and Beulah Frances Downs; her spouse Phillip Reeves Parham; her son William Downs; her sisters, Joanne Hensley and Donna Stull; and her sister-in-law Joyce Downs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Bollinger (Brian) of Gettysburg, PA, Phyllis Renie Darden (Bryan) of Fayetteville, NC and Trish Nusbaum (Brad) of Westminster, MD; her grandchildren, David Bollinger, James and Whitney Carlyle; her great grandchildren, Carson, Orry, Braxton, Dawson and Grayson; her siblings, Edwin Downs, Jr. (Ruth) of Deltaville, VA, Daniel Downs of Hartfield, VA, Patricia Reamy (Lee) of Deltaville, VA and Linda Downs of Boonsboro; and her brother-in-law Rick Stull of Mt. Airy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
