It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muoi Thi Shanklin of Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tran Van Chu and Pham Thi Ba; and her sister Tran Thi Chin. She is survived by: her husband Gary M. Shanklin; her children, Mai Bright (Michael) of Westminster, Lee Nardo (Henry) of Montgomery County, Hung Shanklin of Harford County and Long Clark (Michael) of Jarrettsville; and her grandchildren, Ethan, Andrew, Ian, Kaitlyn, Ruby, Avery, Jake and Ella.
