He is survived by: his children, Linda Blizzard (Jerry) of New Windsor, Dean Koontz (Carolyn) of Littlestown, PA, Gale Salter (Michael) of Westminster and Laurie Ewin (Robert) of Frederick; his grandchildren, Aaron Salter, Wendy Plank, Travis Blizzard, Emily Ewin, Sarah Ewin, Krystle Koontz and Jenny Koontz; his great grandchildren, Beth Blizzard, Alli Naecker (Jesse), Evelyn Salter, Emma Koontz, Zachary Plank, Jessica Jones (Steve), Riley Koontz and Jonah Salter; and his great great grandchild Clayton.
