She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hicks and Mable Hicks (Shipley); and her spouse Robert C. Wegner. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Wegner, Linda S. Miller (Philip) of Westminster, Robert C. Wegner, Jr. (Jackie) of Reisterstown, Catherine "Cathy" H. Kratovil (Michael) of Baltimore, Marie A. Griffith (Forrest) of Westminster, Judith "Judy" A. Hudson of Baltimore and Angela "Angie" L. King (Jeffrey) of Fredericksburg, VA; and her siblings, Richard Martin of Westminster and Lou Martin of Richmond. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
