She was predeceased by: her parent Granville Arbaugh; and her niece Carolyn Berkey. She is survived by: her spouse Sterling E. Garrett; her parent Marguerite Arbaugh (Ament); her sister Kathryn Berkey of Denton, MD; her brothers-in-law, Ted Pogue, Wilbur Garrettnieces Diana Pogue, Betsy Hurst, Debbie Arbaugh, Donna Eyler, Sondra Tasker and Susan Rash; and her nephews, Karl, Keith, Gerald Berkey and Kenneth Garrett.
