He was predeceased by: his parent Alton Spear. He is survived by: his parent Audrey Spear (Culp); his wife Michelle Spear (Frank); his daughters, Jess Andrews (David) of Westminster and Nicole Spear of Cockeysville; and his brother-in-law Carroll Frank (Marcy) of Cockeysville.
