It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Bland of Westminster, Maryland, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 11, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank McClernan and Florence McClernan (Long); her husband Willard M. Bland; and her siblings, Robert, Joseph McClernan and Sara Kroneberger.
She is survived by: her children, Lori A. (Scott Demetrakis) and David S. (Lisa Bland); her grandchildren, Sara Martin (Brian), Sean (Shannon), Leah, Alexander (Ally), Benjamin Demetrakis (Hannah) and Olivia (Lukas Bland); her sisters, Florence Beck and Mary Ann; and her brother-in-law Joseph Langan. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews.
