Holmes; his stepson Stephen Kratsch; his sister Cherie (Nick Dininni) of Harrisburg, PA; his niece Laura Cusamano (Joseph) of State College, PA; his great-niece Caitlin Parker; his sister-in-law Claire Buckheister Holmes of Charleston, SC; his nephew Jacob Thomas Holmes; and also, Madisyn and Ivy of Hummelstown, PA.
