It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Waller Simmons of Westminster, Maryland, born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 2, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Joyce Cookus (Rohlf) and Ray Thomas Waller; her husband Brett Cleveland Simmons; and her brother Robert Charles Waller. She is survived by: her children, Robert Alex Fulcher, Chelsea Lynn Simmons, Kirsten Renee Simmons and Halie JoAnna Simmons; her grandchildren, Maddox, Urijah, Michelle, Warren Jaden and Mason; her brothers, Ray Thomas Waller, Jr., Ivan Rudolf Waller and Christopher Robin Waller; and her stepsiblings, David and Anna Cookus. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
