She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Harman and Ada Lease Harman; and her siblings, Hazel Strine, Baird and Thomas "Dick" Harman.
She is survived by: her son Don A. Bixler (Nancy) of Middletown; her grandchildren, Wendy Winpigler (Zane) of Buckner, MO, Donna Taulton (Vince) of Middletown, Diana Smith (Denny) of Smithsburg and Donnie Bixler Jr. (Melinda) of Woodsboro; her great grandchildren, Christopher Taulton (Katie), Zachary Taulton and Hunter Smith; and her great great grandchildren, Noah and Madeline Taulton.
