She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony C. Ryan and Margaret J. Ryan; and her husband Dr. Robert F. Bell. She is survived by: her children, Kevin R. Bell (Linda), Erin M. Danz (Eric) and Sean R. Bell (Dianna). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Catholic Church (43 Monroe St, Westminster, MD 21157).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carroll Hospital Center.
