She was predeceased by: her parents, William Albert and Mamie E. Therit Fridinger; and her husband Paul C. Koontz. She is survived by: her children, William Bisker of Shrewsbury, PA, Joan Mitchell of North Carolina, Karen Kibler of Manchester, MD, Deborah DePalmer of Glen Rock, PA and Jackie Leister of Westminster, MD; her stepchildren, Keith Koontz, Paul Koontz, Jr., Brenda Seitz, Diane Wilder, Patricia Yingling and Susan Potts; and her grandchildren, Kelly, Jamie, Kory, Shane, Brandy, Aaron, Matthew and Olivia. She is also survived by numerous stepgrandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
