With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louis Carroll Brown Sr. of Westminster, Maryland, born in Frederick, Colorado, who passed away on April 18, 2021 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Brown and Meade Brown; his sons, Louis "Bubbles" Brown and Larry Brown; and his daughter-in-law Tonya Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Brown; his children, Blaine Brown, Sr., Charles Biggus, Helen Brown, Cherie Brown, Cheryl Gibson, Anita Biggus and Credella Bowman; and his children-in-law, Jennette Brown and James Bowman. He is also survived by loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
