It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorraine Stair (Westminster, Maryland), born in Patapsco, Maryland, who passed away on February 21, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Sinclair and Naomi Lockard (Taylor); her husband Charles A. Stair; and her son Charles A. Stair, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, David R. Stair (Therese) of Pleasant Valley, Sandra L. Martin (Samuel) of Pleasant Valley and Randy G. Stair (Dana) of Pleasant Valley. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Due to pandemic, face masks and social distancing should be observed while in funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either the Pleasant Valley Volunteer Fire Company, 2030 Pleasant Valley Rd S, Westminster, MD 21158, or to St. Matthew's U.C.C., 1427 Pleasant Valley Rd, Westminster, MD 21158.
