She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Leroy and Elizabeth Mary Duvall (Rhodes); and her sister Carol Laney. She is survived by: her husband Edward David Smith, Jr.; her son Charles; her daughter-in-law Erin Smith of Taneytown; her grandchildren, David, Abbey and Katie; and her siblings, Steve Duvall of Bel Air and Patricia Duvall of Glen Burnie.
Linda was a parishioner of St. John Catholic Church and was a volunteer at the church donation barn as well as the annual Christmas Bazaar.
