She is survived by: her parent Emma Marie Heckel (Hildebrand); her spouse Calvin Davis DeFord, Sr.; her children, Nancy Gallagher (Kenny Monks), Calvin DeFord, Jr. (Maureen), Richard DeFord, Gus DeFord (Debbie) and Joann Nusbaum (Kenny); and her sister Patricia Agnes Heckel. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
