He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Henry Smith, Sr. and Kathleen Smith (McGhee). He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda and Kenneth 'Pinky'; his wife Brenda L. Smith; and his children, Travis, Kristen, Daniel, Gary, Shannon, Gabrielle and Clay.
