He was predeceased by: his wife Annette Short Justice; and his parents, Gordon Justice and Helen Louise Mayne Justice. He is survived by: his daughter Gail Foy; his grandsons, Charlie and Danny; and his siblings, June Davis, Elizabeth Poffenberger (Bill) and Ernie Justice (Valinda). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel (412 Washington Rd, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Leroy's name, to Westminster Moose Lodge 1381, would be appreciated.
