He was predeceased by: his mother Garnett Rucker; his stepfather Edgar Rucker; and his sister Saundra Rucker. He is survived by: his wife Judy Tyree (Yoder); his children, Carl Tyree (Kelly) of Gaithersburg, MD, Trevis Tyree (Mandy Baker) of Thomasville, PA and Rachel Dressel (Tim) of Westminster, MD; his grandchildren, Paige, Jack, Josie, Chase and Kylene Tyree; his daughter-in-law Patty Tyree of Manchester, MD; and his sisters, Sharon Howard and Jennifer Rucker of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
