He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley RiII; his parents, Ralph RiII and Margaret RiII (Easton); and his brother-in-law Paul Wardenfelt. He is survived by: his sons, Dale RiII (Susan) of Westminster and Kevin RiII of Westminster; his grandchildren, Emily Sinatro (Colin), Hannah Sturgill (Jacob), Amanda Moore (Zach), Logan RiII (Daphne) and Randall RiII; his great grandchildren, Colton, Benjamin Sturgill, Dillon Sinatro and Henry Moore; and his siblings, Dolores Wardenfelt of Westminster and Robert Rill (Donna) of Westminster.
