He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Devilbiss (Shaffer); his children, Susan D. "Susie" Tarbox (David) of Gettysburg, PA, Christa A. Devilbiss of Westminster and Larry D. Devilbiss (Tojoe) of Westminster; his stepdaughters, Melissa A. Sale (Joe) of Finksburg and Angela M. Seitz (Neal) of Westminster; his grandchildren, Tyler Small (Samantha), Tanner Small (Dawn), Tiffany Hungerford (AJ), Kathleen, Taylor, Jacob Devilbiss, Samantha, Madison Sale, Brady and Slater Seitz; his great grandchildren, Kaegan, Kade Small and Ellie Hungerford; his siblings, Paul Devilbiss (Cookie) of Westminster, Doris "Sis" Schreiner of Westminster, Douglas Devilbiss of Westminster, Donald Devilbiss of Westminster and Linda "Lynne" Devilbiss (John Martin) of Westminster; and his sister-in-law Marion Stenton of Thurmont.
