He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil A. Caple and Emma LaRue Caple (Shamer); his former wife Ann Kefauver; his sisters, Eleanor Barnes, Anna May Weber, Rose M., Gunten, June Green and Shirley E. Dawson; and his grandparents, Nina Taylor Shamer, Warren Ewing Shamer, Jacob Caple and Mary Westaway Caple.
He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Munshaur of New Windsor and Sonja Tracey of New Oxford, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
