He was predeceased by: his parent Kermit Charles Weishaar; and also Carolyn Weishaar. He is survived by: his parent Thelma Gertrude Reynolds Weishaar; his children, David Weishaar and Cindy Weishaar; and his siblings, Shirley Weishaar Cullison of Westminster, Larry Weishaar of Florida, Ronald Weishaar (Barbara) of West Virginia and Wayne Weishaar of Westminster. He is also survived by children and many nieces and nephews.
