He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Jacob and Catherine Shook (Burgee); and his former wife Carol Jennette Shook. He is survived by: his stepson John; his siblings, Charles Shook and Catherine Shook; his children, Bill Shook (Kathy) and Jennette Reynolds (Rob); his grandchildren, Lauren, Kimberly and Reanna; and his great grandchildren, Magdalene, William, Bryleigh and Braylon.
