He is survived by: his parent Cora Inskeep; his daughters, Joyce L. Beyer of Westminster and Jil Inskeep of California; his siblings, William Inskeep of Bel Air and Cora Lee Fazenbaker (Harry) of Barton; his grandchildren, Melanie McVeigh, Robert McVeigh, Cara Dubay, Brian Dubay, Brandon Beyer and Nicole Beyer; and also Richard Claypoole of Taneytown.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to First United Presbyterian Church of Westminster or Carroll Hospice Dove House, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster MD.
