We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2024, at the age of 35, Kenneth Ray Foy of Westminster, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Kenneth may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kenneth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Judy Darlene Foy of Westminster; his son Layton Wesley; and his siblings, Kelli Richardson, Ronald Foy and Kyle Lewis of Westminster.
