He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie James and Beatrice Moulton Allen. He is survived by: his wife Shermaine "Sherry" Kelvey Allen; and his child Major Robert Allen. He is also survived by six grandsons and five granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church in his memory, to continue the renovation projects that Kelly had started.
