She was predeceased by: her parent Monota Bowman (Bitzel); and her siblings, Audrey Hare and Larry E. Bowman. She is survived by: her parent Arthur H. Bowman; her husband Douglas D. Walls; her son Rodney Parks (Lisa) of Taneytown; her granddaughter Jessy Rose Parks; her great grandchildren, Alexis Wagner, Taylinn Osborne and Mark Osborne, III; and also Mark Osborne, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
