She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Freyman Smith and Chester Smith; her husband Ernest "Bud" Walkling; her sons, Ray Allen Walkling and R. Charles Walkling; and her siblings, Ralph C. Smith and Marlene Drechsler.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy C. Walkling of Finksburg and Ralph E. Walkling (MissC Raver) of Hanover; her grandchildren, Richie Walkling (Carleen) of Pasadena, Jen Walkling of Westminster, Cody Walkling of Littlestown, Jessica Walkling of Finksburg, Chad Walkling of Finksburg and Lindsey Walkling of Littlestown; her great grandchildren, A. J. Walkling, Braelyn, Wyatt and Colton Walkling; her siblings, Neal Smith (Phyllis) of Westminster, Lee Barksdale (Amy) of Littlestown, PA and Sandy Crumbacker (Charles "Mouse") of Taneytown; and her daughter-in-law Teresa Groft Walkling. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
